My family eat a LOT. When I say a lot, I mean, three meals a day, dinner is 3 courses, there are snacks involved, there are chocolates post-dinner. It’s bloody ridiculous. And I’m in France so ALL food is delicious but so damn rich and high fat. I can see the weight going on. I am pretty much watching myself expand. But I can’t look at numbers because of the distinct lack of weigh scales. I need some distraction from this. Gah.
It’s horrible when your internet goes down and you’re in another country so you can’t even use your phone. Also I’ve had research to do for my exam in a week and a half and I’ve not been able to do it :(. Gahhh. Oh well.
HOW’S YOU LOT? Hope you’re having a good festive season. My family have been stuffing me to the brim with food so I think my christmas weight loss challenge is completely fucked :/. Trying my best though and exercising every day!

I love christmas time, I love the festive season, the colours, the music, the happiness and feelings. BUT.
I HATE CHRISTMAS FOOD. My parents watch me constantly as well so I can’t sneak off. I bought dulcolax for the first time in around 6 months today so that’s sad times. I hate that I can’t even just enjoy christmas without my fucked up twisted perception and mind getting in the way :(.
I think I’m getting an iPad tomorrow so that’s quite exciting though.
